Calder Capital: Van Andel Arena Suite Guidelines

Overview

For every event, we have access to 16 suite tickets and two parking passes for Lot #2 south of the arena – or otherwise specified by Van Andel. Additionally, we can request up to 8 bowl seats which will be the “best available” at the time of the request.

Communicating Events

  • Admin@caldergr.com will communicate – via email – the dates and ticket prices of concerts as notified by Van Andel.
  • You only have 48 hours from notification to claim bowl tickets. These tickets CANNOT be refunded for any reason.

Request for Tickets

  • Advisor or staff should complete the Ticket Request Google Form here
  • Once tickets are requested, tickets are immediately ordered. The requestor is responsible for 100% of the cost of the tickets requested. Refunds cannot be issued.
  • Admin@caldergr.com will transfer the suite tickets as soon as Van Andel transfers the tickets to the suite account for disbursement.
  • Requests for business use will always take precedence over personal use.
  • Tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The event “host” is the ticket purchaser for business use (could be multiple hosts if more than one client is entertained – see Use below). For personal use, each advisor or staff purchasing tickets is the “host” for their guests(s).

Parking

  • Parking passes will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis with business use taking precedence over personal use. Typically, there are 2 passes that may be provided for each event.

Use

  • At least one host must be present in the suite during any event attended.
  • No more than 16 people are allowed in the suite at any time.
  • Hosts are responsible for all charges related to their event (tickets, food, drinks, concessions, tip, service charges, etc.)
  • All event costs will be charged on the company credit card. Calder will deduct from host commissions/work fee splits for any costs associated with the event. If those do not cover the outstanding balance, Calder will issue the host an invoice.
  • Hosts are responsible for the behavior of their guests (e.g., underage drinking, inappropriate behavior, etc.). To be clear, this means that if there is damage or charges to  Calder based on guest behavior in the suite, the host accepts responsibility for those costs.
  • If suite ticket holders desire to invite guests in the suite, (without exceeding the 16 people allowed in the suite) they should be respectful of other suite ticket holders and not impede on the environment and experience that the suite ticket buyers have envisioned for them and their guests.
  • Conflicts regarding use or charges which cannot be resolved by the hosts will be referred to Max.
  • No helium balloons are allowed anywhere in the arena

By attending this event, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations outlined in this document. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of employment for team members who violate them.
