Calder Capital Referral Agreement

Calder Capital, LLC of Grand Rapids, MI, agrees to pay (“Company”) 10% of gross fees and commissions for fees (“Referral Fees”) received by Calder Capital, LLC including valuation and monthly work fees for warm leads introduced by the Company that result in an engagement agreement being executed between the referred prospect and Calder Capital.

Referral Fees from valuations and monthly work fees are paid on the 1^st and 15^th of the month. Referral Fees from successful transactions owed to the Company will be paid immediately upon availability to Calder Capital, LLC. The Company will not have any right to any fees or commissions that have not been received by Calder Capital, LLC. Calder Capital, LLC will make a full good faith effort to collect all fees owed by referred prospects who become clients.

Calder Capital reserves the right to modify this agreement.
